V-day

Valentine's Day is tomorrow. For years, I have always mourned on that day, but this year I feel different. I don't think it is because my life has changed. I have been married for ten years and love my husband, but I think it is because I really don't care about the holiday anymore. I know my man loves me, and he doesn't need to buy me anything to show that love. We feel the same. I don't buy cutesy teddy bears for him or sweets. He would be appalled, as would I. I think Valentine's day is a ploy for people to show their love on that one day when they haven't been showing their love all year round.
